Observe
Watch the player move, swing, adjust, and respond without rushing into correction.
The Launch Assessment
The website teaches the principles. The Launch Assessment shows how those principles apply to your player.
Request an AssessmentThe goal is not to fix everything at once. The goal is to identify the thing holding everything else back.
Why start here?
A player can work hard for months and still reinforce the wrong thing.
The Launch Assessment creates direction before repetition. We identify what is working, what is limiting the player, and what should be addressed first.
Not every visible flaw needs immediate correction. Some are byproducts. Some are compensations. Some simply are not the highest priority yet.
The Process
Every assessment follows the same Launch process while remaining specific to the player.
Watch the player move, swing, adjust, and respond without rushing into correction.
Identify the highest-priority limitation rather than chasing every visible issue.
Show the player what is happening, why it matters, and how it affects the rest of the swing.
Create a clear next step using the cues, drills, and feedback that fit that player.
The Player Blueprint
The assessment is the process. The Player Blueprint is what the player leaves with.
What is already working and should continue receiving regular maintenance.
The issue currently limiting performance the most.
How that issue affects contact, power, timing, adjustability, or consistency.
What to work on, how to work on it, and why those choices fit the player.
Things that may be imperfect but are not the first problem to solve.
How the player can recognize improvement and begin self-adjusting.
The Launch Foundation
The principles remain constant. The observations and priorities are individual.
One foundation.
The five pillars work together—not independently.

Who it is for
The Launch Assessment is for players and parents who want more than another hour of random swings and temporary cues.
It is especially useful for players who dominate practice but struggle in games, receive conflicting instruction, feel stuck, or simply want to understand their swing at a deeper level.
After the assessment
Continue working independently. Return for purposeful instruction. Or submit video through OnForm for remote review and feedback.
The goal is not endless lessons. The goal is continued improvement.
